Ganna’s unique insight — shaped by her own journey and professional experience — led her to create a program that not only helps individuals but strengthens the entire healthcare system.

We empower authorized International Medical Graduates by opening professional pathways, addressing systemic challenges, and advocating for fair access to employment opportunities.
Thru support with certification prosses, personalized mentorship, interview preparation, and resume development, we ensure their medical skills are fully recognized, valued, and utilized within the U.S. healthcare system – strengthening both care delivery and workforce development.
Over 783,900 medical assistants are employed in the U.S. as of 2023, with demand projected to grow 15% by 2033.
The healthcare sector expects nearly 120,000 openings each year — yet rural and underserved areas struggle with staffing.
Meanwhile, thousands of authorized IMGs in the U.S. are unable to practice due to licensing complexity, lack of mentorship, or systemic exclusion.
